Does it pull anyone's credit?
No. Clients answer a few questions about themselves. Nothing touches their credit score, and there's no credit report.
Is this a CRM? Do I have to switch systems?
No. It's a front door that sorts and warms up your leads. You can copy your leads into Google Sheets or any CRM you already use.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. You fill in your name, pick a color and upload a photo. Then you share one link. That's it.
Can my lender pay for my account?
No. To keep everyone on the right side of federal referral rules, every agent and every loan officer pays for their own account. Loan officers are welcome to get their own.
Do my clients see 2BuyAndSell or me?
You. Your name, photo, brokerage and colors are front and center. Our name is only a small line at the bottom.
